Day Wise Itinerary Arrival Day (Dehradun) 

Welcome to Dehradun. Upon arrival at Dehradun airport or railway station our driver cum guide will receive you and transfer you to the hotel for complimentary stay. Dinner and breakfast is included on the day of arrival. Spend the day to relax after smooth check-in process and sleep homely for an exciting tomorrow. 

Day 1 (Dehradun to Kedarnath) 

Flying Time 30 Mins 

Departure from SSD Helipad, Dehradun (By Helicopter) Arrival at Base Helipad, Kedarnath 

Welcome to the mountain of amalgam of spirituality. Natural peace, religious zest and snowcapped peaks of Kedarnath Dham will enchant your heart and making it the most heritage site among all Chardham. You will arrive at Guptkashi/ Sersi/ Phata base helipad from Dehradun, after changing the chopper you’ll fly for Kedarnath which is 6-10 minutes flying from the base helipads. You may have to waitfor sometime (10 minutes to 3 hours) during helicopter change because of shuttle slots/ weather or technical reasons. As you reach the Kedar-top Helipad. Our handlers will take you for VIP Darshans in the Kedarnath Temple. Your stay is arranged at the Kedar basecamp. After darshans we will take you from Kedarnath helipad to Guptkashi/ Phata/ Sersi Helipad. First day of your Dodham Heli-tour ends in the land of Kedara with delicious dinner. Day 2 (Kedarnath to Badrinath)

Departure from Base Helipad, Kedarnath (By Helicopter) Arrival at Badrinath Helipad 

On the second day of your Dodham itinerary, you’ll be heading to Badrinath and on the way you’ll see the deep valleys and majestic view oflofty Himalayas. Head to the beautiful city of Narayan, Badrinath. Upon arrival at Badrinath helipad, our handlers will transfer you to the hotel where you can relish your breakfast/lunch and pay visit to Badrinath temple and have VIP darshans. After Darshans, explore Mana Village, Vyas Gufa & origin point of Saraswati river. End your day with the comfortable stay and delicious dinner at your hotel. Make the best ofthe final day of your Dodham yatra by cherishing the Valley of Lord Narayan from close quarters. 

Day 3 (Badrinath to Dehradun) 

Flying Time 50 Mins 

Departure from Badrinath Helipad (By Helicopter) Arrival at SSD Helipad, Dehradun (Will Provide Drop) 

In the morning after having a hearty breakfast, bow your head to Badri Narayan temple and fly back to Dehradun with positive vibes and pleasant memories of Dodham Yatra by helicopter. On arrival at Dehradun, we will collect the luggage from the hotel at Dehradun and drop pilgrims to the airport/ railway station or bus stand as per the departure timings. Tour concludes once we drop pilgrims to their departure points

Terms & Conditions 

Flexible Flying Time Flying time of charter is subjected to flying permissions and weather forecast and can be changed if the weather is not permissible for flying or in case of any technical issues 

Body Weight Limitation 

Each helicopter can accommodate up-to 6 passengers with total body weight limitation of 445 kg for 6 passengers. Heli Yatra holds the right to de-board the passenger ifthe given body weight deviates from the actual body weight provided at the time of making the booking. In such scenario, we will not be liable to provide the refund amount to any passenger de-boarded. Passengers are requested to share the exact body weight measured on electronic measuring scale. Passengers with body weight above 75 Kg will be charged INR 2,000 / - Per Kg. This amount will be collected in Dehradun to avoid last minute hustle. Passengers whose given body weight is wrong will be charged INR 2500 /- Per Kg only on the final call ofthe pilot else will be de boarded without any refund. 

Luggage Weight 

Only one small soft bag/ duffle bag weighing a maximum of 3 kgs is allowed per passenger provided the body weight is exactly the same which was provided at the time of booking. Suitcases or any other luggage bags including hard case bag is strictly prohibited to be carried in the helicopter. Flying Schedule 

Any ofthe Dham can be covered first depending on the weather conditions, Technical Issues, huge rush in the temple and govt. permissions. 

Hotel Accommodation 

Heli Yatra holds the right to change the hotels at flight origin and destination which is subjected to the availability of hotels, group of 6 passengers or above may have to stay in different hotels as they will be travelling in different helicopters subjected to their body weight. Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only. For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable @ INR 30,000/person (tax inclusive). 

Infants 

Infant below 2 years are accommodated free of charge. For verification of age the child, ID proof/birth certificate ofthe child needs to be submitted prior to arrival date at source of journey. 

Bad Weather Conditions 

Flying in hills is subjected to bad weather conditions, many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/ Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence oftechnical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting ofthe passengers at helipads, among others. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios. We strongly advise our passengers to keep one additional day at hand, over & above the 3N4D period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any ofthe destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios. Due to backlog / bad weather or any natural circumstance there can be amendments in your itinerary where we can also cover Ekdham or Dodham in 1 day. And in some circumstances your trip may be cancelled on the day of arrival due to the above conditions with full refund except the expenses occurred in Dehradun. In most of the situations, if there is back log due to bad weather trip may get cancelled. 

No Flying In 

case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money i.e if due to any reason we are unable to do 1 dham then we will refund Proportionate money subjected to the flying hours which is exclusive of Royalty fee, Taxes and fixed components. 

Medical/ Special Condition 

Heli Yatra staff should be informed at the time of booking ifthere is any Medical or Special condition (Handicapped, Specially or Mentally Challenged etc.) involved with any ofthe flyers. Heli-Yatra has full rights to de-board the passenger if not informed at the time of booking. 

Airport transfers 

Transfers will be provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun and on the last day (4th Day) ofthe tour. Any other day drop will be on additional charges. Cab for Haridwar/ Rishikesh visit will be on additional charges ofINR 8000/- Per Cab. You may have to wait at the airport or helipad meanwhile the cab is coming in-case the cab get stuck in traffic. Also, the cab details will be given to the customer few hours before the actual arrival time. 

Passenger Grouping 

In view of our helicopters’ limited weight carrying capacity, operating company reserves the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weightfor safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in same helicopter flight. 

Only 1 Cab/ Vehicle will be provided for 6 Passengers throughout their entire journey. 

Payment Terms: 

• We accept payments via bank transfers, cheques, cash & UPI. 

• The booking is to be done in advance with a deposit of 40% of the total amount. Balance payment will be taken 30 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun. 

• Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour, unless full & final payment of the tour has been done. 

Rescheduling Of Booking 

Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 20% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only ifinformed at least 30 days before arrival date. In case rescheduling is requested less than 30 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges. Payment Terms 

Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds: 

Basis of Refund: 

Tour Cost: In-case 01 Dham is completed and 01 Dham is left out then INR 15,000 approx. per person will be refunded back to the passenger. This cost is exclusive of other expenses (Extra night halt, Extra transfers, or any other extra services utilized other than the package inclusions). Additional Services: The cost of additional services provided at any Dham during the tour will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost. Refund against an unutilized service will not be done. COVID-19 Lockdowns, or any National/State Emergency: In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called-off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable. However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by Heli Yatra against the advance paid, which will be valid for one year. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services by the passengers or any oftheir friends/relatives. 

Cancellation Policy 

• If customer wishes to cancel their booking, they have to pay cancellation charges as mentioned below:

• Upto 30 Days before the flying date - 40% ofthe amount 

• In between 0 to 30 Days - No Refund 

Important Guidelines 

As this is NSOP (Non scheduled operations) flying, flying time for the next day is conveyed to passengers a night prior once the operation plan is finalized in the evening/ night after sunset. 

In case of emergency and bad weather scenarios, passengers will be taken back to Dehradun by road. 

If there is any technical snag in the helicopter or any sudden testing required there might be a possibility of delay or passenger may fly on the next day. In case of major partfailure, your trip may be cancelled in between the Yatra. 

There can be a waiting time at every helipad for upto 2 hours approx. depending upon the multiple factors like Bad Weather, NOTAM & other operational challenges etc. 

On the last day ofthe Heli-tour, we will try to departfrom Badri as early as possible so that our group is not stuck in the bad weather scenario. In this case we may skip the morning breakfast at Badrinath. In case client wants to have breakfast at Dehradun it will be on an additional cost. 

Aadhar Card copy is mandatory to be submitted in advance before the date of flight by all Indian passengers, and Passport in case offoreign nationals. 

Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony and porter charges shall be borne by the passengers. 

Kedarnath temple has three base camps i.e., Phata/ Guptkashi/ Sersi. In case of big groups, flying in different helicopters may land at different base camps on different helipads. We have to complete the entire yatra as per the group in the same helicopter since each helicopter has different flying timings and permissions. 

At each dham we have our informed handlers and incase of any assistance client has to reach out the handlers. 

Any extra night halt except this itinerary due to any circumstances will be borne by the customers and client has to pay the amount on actuals in the hotel directly. 

If client wants to stay at Kedarnath top, he/ she has to sign a declaration stating that Heli-Yatra is not responsible for any service challenges and emergency situations, all the arrangements will be done by our crew members but the payment has to be made by client only on actuals. 

Any last minute customization in the itinerary will not be possible as all the logistics are booked well in advance at the time of booking therefore client needs to update Heli-Yatra team ifthere are any add-ons required in the package.
